Dated the 14th day of November 1902
Be it known that James Priestnall of 40 Oldham Road, Failsworth, near Manchester in the County of Lancaster, Insurance Agent, who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at 40 Oldham Road aforesaid within the District of the City of Manchester, Hundred of Salford died on the 9th day of October 1902 at 40 Oldham Road aforesaid and be it further known at the date hereinunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Manchester and that Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Wilfrid Priestnall of 14 West Wynford Street, Weaste, Salford in the County aforesaid, Surveyor in an Iron Works and Thomas Hornby Priestnall of 40 Oldham Road aforesaid , Insurance Agent, the sons of the said deceased, the Executors named in the said Will having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

Will

I James Priestnall of 40 Oldham Road, Failsworth near the City of Manchester, Insurance Agent, hereby revoke all former Wills, Codicils and Testamentary instruments made by me and declare this to be my last Will.
I give all my property to my dear wife Grace Priestnall and I appoint my sons Wilfrid Priestnall and Thomas Hornby Priestnall executors of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of June one thousand nine hundred and two. James Priestnall

Signed by the above Named Testator James Priestnall as and for his last Will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
