Be it known to all men that on the eighth day of August A,D, 1908 at Philadelphia, before me, was proved and approved the last Will and Testament of William Priestnall which is committed to Thomas Priestnall, Executor in the said testament named; he having been first duly sworn well and truly to administer the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of the deceased and to make a true and perfect thereof and exhibit the same into the Registrars Office of Philadelphia on or before the eighth day of September next and to render a just and true account, calculation and reckoning of the said administration on or before the eighth day of August one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Will

I William Priestnall of the city of Philadelphia in the county of Philadelphia, and the state of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding do hereby make this my Will and Testament.

First
I give and bequeath to my children herein named:- Thomas William, Walter, Mary Ann, Lily, Wilfred and Sarah Emma all my money I have deposited in the Philadelphia Savings Fund, 7th & Walnut Street and the North Front Street Building and Loan Association to be divided into equal parts.

Second
I give and bequeath to all my aforesaid children all my household furniture to be equally divided among them.

Third
I hereby appoint my oldest son, Thomas, to be sole executrix of my Will.

In testimony whereof I hereby sign my name in the presence of the witnesses named below this twentieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.
