Will of Hannah Priestnall of Whitfield nr Glossop (Widow) - Died 4th December 1862 at Whitefield, County of Derbyshire

Administration

On the fourteenth day of July 1863 the Will of Hannah Priestnall late of Whitfield near Glossop in the County of Derby, widow, deceased who died on the fourth day of December 1862 at Whitfield aforesaid was proved in the District Registry attached to Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at Derby the oaths of Reuben Cooper, of Oldham in the County of Lancaster, Grocer,  the brother of the said deceased and Mary Priestnall of Whitfield aforesaid, Spinster and Esther Lyne (wife of Samuel Lyne (Roller Coverer), of Whitfield aforesaid, the daughters of the said deceased, the executors therein named they having been first sworn duly to administer. Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Priestnall of Whitfield near Glossop in the County of Derbyshire, Widow.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give, devise and bequeath all and every my household furniture. Stock in Trade as a Shopkeeper, wearing apparel and all and every sum and sums of money which may be found in my house or about my person or be due to me at the time of my decease and also all my debts, notes and securities for money and all other my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be both real and personal whether in possession, reversion, remainder or expectancy unto my brother Reuben Cooper of Oldham in the County of Lancaster, Grocer and my daughters Mary Priestnall and Esther Lyne and the survivors and survivor of them, his and her Executors and Administrators upon trust to sell such part of my property as shall not consist of money and collect all debts due to me and after payment of all my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to divide the surplus remaining equally between and amongst my said daughters Mary Priestnall and Esther Lyne, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns to whom I give and bequeath the same.
And I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother Reuben Cooper and my said daughters Mary Priestnall and Esther Lyne and the survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such survivor to be Executor and Executrixes of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Hannah Priestnall, the Testatrix, have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twenty ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine. Signed by the Testatrix, Hannah Priestnall and acknowledged by her to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each other.
