To Esther Priestnall (wife), George Priestnall (son) and Joseph Davies (son in law) all my estate after the following bequests.
To Maria Davies (daughter) wife of Joseph Davies £500.
To George Priestnall (son) £500
To Hannah Priestnall (daughter) £500
To Elizabeth Warren (daughter) wife of John Warren - Already had £500 prior so no more.
To Mary Ann Rowlinson (daughter) wife of Enoch Rowlinson - Already had £500 prior so no more.
Upon trust to pay Esther Priestnall (wife of Thomas), £5 weekly for all of her natural life.
To Elizabeth Warren (daughter) £1 weekly for all of her natural life, free from her husbands or future husbands debts or intermeddling.
To Mary Ann Rowlinson (daughter) £1 weekly for all of her natural life, free from her husbands or future husbands debts or intermeddling.
To Hannah Priestnall (daughter) £1 weekly for all of her natural life, free from her husbands or future husbands debts or intermeddling.
On the death of Elizabeth Warren £250 to be paid to her child(ren) and shared equally.
On the death of Mary Ann Rowlinson £250 to be paid to her child(ren) to be shared equally.
Also subject to the aforementioned legacies and weekly sums the whole estate to son George Priestnall and daughter Maria Davies.
To George Priestnall (son) £1 per week
To Joseph Davies (son in law) £1 per week
